DMCA

This page tells you how to alert us if something on RedoOne News uses your work without permission, and what happens next. It is a practical guide, not legal advice.

Who to contact

Designated copyright email: copyright@redoonews.com
General queries: hello@redoonews.com
Postal address: RedoOne News Media, Model Mill Compound, Anandam World City, Ganeshpeth Colony, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440018, India.

Before you file a complaint

Take a minute to check whether the use might be allowed. We rely on original work we create, material we license, press kits, and short excerpts used for news reporting, commentary, review, or criticism. If you still believe your rights are being infringed, send us a takedown notice and we will act quickly.

How to send a valid DMCA takedown notice

Put these items in a single email. Numbered points help us move fast.

  1. Your full contact details: name, postal address, phone number, and email.
  2. What was copied: a short description of the work. For images or video, describe the file so we can identify it.
  3. Where it appears on our site: the page title and the full URL. If the work is inside a video, include timestamps.
  4. A statement that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.
  5. A statement that you believe, in good faith, the use is not authorized by the owner, the agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
  7. Your signature: typed name is fine; a scanned signature also works.

Send your email to copyright@redoonews.com with the subject line: DMCA Takedown.

What we do after your notice arrives

We review the request. If it looks complete and valid, we remove or disable the content and notify the editor or contributor who posted it. If the material was used under a license or an applicable exception, we will reach out to you for clarification and share what we find.

If your content was removed by mistake: counter notice

Think we took something down in error. Send a counter notice with these details:

  1. Your full contact information.
  2. The exact URL that was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal or disabling was a mistake or a misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your signature (typed or scanned).

Email it to copyright@redoonews.com with the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice. If your counter notice is valid, we may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us that a court action has been filed.

Repeat infringement

We take repeat infringement seriously. Contributors who repeatedly upload infringing material may lose the ability to publish on our site. We also train our team to use original, licensed, or press-cleared media and to credit creators properly.

Our Decisions

If you have registration numbers, license documents, source files, or agency paperwork that shows you have the rights, mention them in your email. If a license has limits (for example: editorial use only, no modification, limited term), tell us what those limits are.

Misuse of the DMCA

Knowingly sending a false notice can create legal liability. Please file a claim only when you have a good-faith belief that your rights are being infringed. If you are unsure, consider getting advice before you proceed.

Questions

If you are not sure how to format your request, write to copyright@redoonews.com with a short note and the URL in question. We will reply with exactly what we need so we can resolve the issue quickly.
